Some of those which contacted us because of an allegedly false ban entry or which wanted to send us screenshots or demos will know it. The Forum, our contact point for stuff like that. But this will change from now on. In order to bring more optical comfortability into that procedure GGC will handle all cases by using a ticket system with immediate effect. There won't be a big change for you. |

However, this is an important and highly necessary step. With the continuous growth of GGC the demands of users become greater. The number of incoming cases, as well as ban appeals, is growing constantly. In order to master this we will use the ticket system from now on.
For you as a user not much will be different. You will still send us your request as usual. There will also be some rules which need to be observed. The ticket system was installed for the only purposes of reported cheaters and ban appeals.
All other requests will be replied in the forum as usual, so that several users with the same question can get one answer.
